Agreement

By starting a run, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Mentela provides

Mentela is a simulated management practice tool. Its characters, feedback, and scores are generated with artificial intelligence and can be incomplete, inconsistent, or wrong. They are not employment, legal, medical, or professional advice and should not replace your judgment or your organization's policies.

Your responsibilities

You agree not to:

• submit confidential, sensitive, unlawful, or third-party personal information;
• use the service to make automated employment decisions about another person;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service safeguards; or
• misrepresent an AI-generated score as a validated professional assessment.

Your content

You keep any rights you have in the content you provide. You allow Mentela and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice.

Links, availability, and deletion

Private result and public share links are capability links, so you are responsible for choosing who receives them. You can permanently delete a run from its private result page. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, and we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Limits

The service is provided as available. To the extent allowed by applicable law, Mentela is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or reliance on, an AI roleplay or score. These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised date and version on this page.
